J.S. Helwig & Son Increases Driver Pay in June 2018
At J.S. Helwig & Son, we are committed to the safe and efficient operation of our refrigerated transportation company. This mission can only be achieved by hiring the most dedicated and safe CDL drivers. After hiring the nation’s most professional drivers, it is our goal to keep them, and their families, happy. Because of this, J.S. Helwig & Son announced a fleet-wide pay increase effective June 18, 2018.
About the Fleet-Wide Pay Increase
On June 8, 2018, the J.S. Helwig & Son team announced a fleet-wide pay increase that would take effect Monday, June 18. Under the new pay structure, all drivers, both current and future, received a .02CPM raise. Starting pay is now .47CPM with penny increases each year up to .52CPM. Drivers who were once capped at .50CPM now receive .52CPM.
As a top refrigerated transport company, we believe our drivers are the heart and soul of the brand. This effort deserves to be awarded.
